In the last 15-minute segment of the keynote, Shaan will deliver an accountability call to action using his signature Authenticity Development Strategic Action Plan. This ADSAP will identify challenges and encourage attendees to set goals/objectives and completion dates. Through the ADSAP, leaders will identify three areas that prohibit authentic communication and create a plan to rectify these areas. The organization is encouraged to use ADSAP to strengthen communication. If necessary, Shaan is available for ongoing professional development.
